Hi, I’m Russell.

I’m a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant with extensive experience supporting individuals across a wide range of settings and communication needs. I hold a degree in Communication Disorders and have worked with diverse populations, including individuals with neurodiverse profiles.

My approach is practical, person-centered, and flexible, because no two communicators are the same. I focus on building meaningful, functional communication skills that actually make day-to-day life easier.

Alongside my clinical work, I manage office operations and recruitment, and I’m currently completing my studies to become a fully licensed Speech-Language Pathologist. I’m committed to continuous professional development and staying current with best practices in the field.

As a parent of three school-age children, I understand firsthand how vital clear communication is—at home, at school, and in life. Helping people find their voice and confidence is what drives my work.
