Assessment (No Written Report)

Duration: 60 minutes
Fee: $275
Includes:
- Case history
- Observations and informal assessments
- Discussion and recommendations

Therapy Sessions

Available in person or via teletherapy

60 minutes: $175
45 minutes: $145
30 minutes: $125

AAC Assessments

Typically require 3–8 sessions
A written assessment report is required for public funding applications
Report preparation time: 2–3 hours
Pricing varies depending on the number of sessions required

Professional Development & Workshops

Workshops are available for caregivers, teachers, and therapists.

Duration: 60 minutes
Fee: $185

Travel Fees

Travel to homes or schools is charged at the current IRD mileage rate (as of January 2026).
Travel charges include vehicle mileage and therapist travel time.

Payment Information

Invoices are sent via email
Payment is required on the day of service
Accepted payment methods: cash or direct bank transfer
A 10% late payment fee applies to outstanding balances after 3 weeks
Unpaid accounts may be referred to a third-party debt collection agency, with associated costs payable by the client

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation or rescheduling with at least 24 hours’ notice
Cancellations within 24 hours incur a 50% session fee
Late cancellation of home, school, or hospital visits may incur travel charges if the therapist has already begun travel
