To continue providing high-quality, evidence-based assessment and therapy services, our fees will be updated from 1 January 2026. These changes reflect rising operational costs and align with current rates for private speech-language therapy in East Auckland.
Assessment Sessions

Travel Fee
Travel will be charged at the current IRD mileage rate as of January 2026.

- Price: Starting at $400, varies with session length and complexity of report.
Assessment Session (No Report):
- Includes case history, observations, informal assessments, and discussion.
- Duration: 60 mins
- Price: $250
Therapy Session (In Person/Teletherapy Option):

Professional Development:
- Offered through workshops for caregivers, teachers, or therapists.
- Duration: 60 mins - Price: $160
AAC Assessments:
- Typically require 3-8 sessions.
- Assessment report required for public funding.
- Report duration: 2-3 hours.
- Price varies depending on sessions needed.
Extras:
- Travel to homes or schools available at $2.00 per km.
- Includes vehicle mileage and therapist's travel time.
Payment:
- Prices inclusive of GST.
- Invoices sent via email.
- Payment methods: cash or direct bank transfer ON DAY OF SERVICE.
- Late payment fee: 10% of total outstanding balance after 3 weeks.
- Unpaid accounts passed to third parties for debt recovery, client liable for fees.
Cancellation Policy:
- Free rescheduling or cancellation with at least 24 hours' notice.
- Cancellations within 24 hours incur 50% charge.
- Late cancellation of home/school/hospital visits incurs travel charges if the therapist has started driving.
